Born  in the year of rock legends like "Wish You Were Here", "Physical Graffiti", and "Sabotage", Isabele Mancilha, affectionately called "The Hurricane," embodies the strength, wisdom, and vision of the fearless spirit of a Valkyrie.

Growing up in a modest home in a third-world country, by the age of four, Isabele was reading; by five, she was writing. Her parents, though unable to help with her schoolwork, instilled a simple, powerful principle:
"Your education is your legacy. Build it. Make it count."

​

With this mantra and the determination of a warrior, she shaped her own destiny. ​

​

At just 17, she landed her first job at Embraer, igniting a passion for aviation and technology that would take her across the globe. Over more than 30 years, Isabele was part of transformative programs for industry giants like Embraer, Airbus, Mitsubishi Aircraft, and Latecoere.
